Silicone buildup?

I just ordered one and I've heard from people that they create fluid build up? So would it be a good idea to use baby powder before putting it on?

I would sat test it first before worrying. Some guys will never see fluid buildup and you may be one of these lucky guys. If not, and fluid is an issue you can try numerous solutions found here, on the forum.
