No clue if these exist already but I've been throwing some of these in.
I've been stretching with a whole hand grip which is giving me a convenient opportunity to do some fulcrum stretches. I do a few pulling upwards while holding my hand straight out. Like an upside down L. I do a bunch of kegals holding that, looking for that lig give you get with blasters. I follow that up by pulling straight out for a few seconds. Then I pull it left and hold it my hand out straight for maybe fifteen seconds, then do it to the right. Then I do it all over again with a half twist bundle.
I figure this should help with the tunica and it does feel like it does good for the ligs. I do all that maybe fifteen minutes 3 times a day during recirculation breaks from the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. Just curious if this makes sense to everyone.
