There is a shortcut so you don't need to scroll, if you need to go all the way down, or all the way up top on a page. There are two arrows and they point towards the way you want to go.
The shortcut looks like this:

Clearification:
If the shortcut doesn't appear, just scroll a little bit and the button/shortcut will reveal itself.
