• If its related to the SHOP:

Well, you know...Jaz died recently, and his wife + DLD need some time to figure things out.

• Its summer, not everyone works in summer, many people have vacations.

• Depends on how fast customs process your orders. You will receive it sooner or later, just be patient.

• Also, have you tried contacting sales?

I order always with DHL, it took 1 week for "my" size doctor to arrive to Germany from USA.

Yes, I am aware. Thanks. Last I had the opportunity to speak with DLD he mentioned he prefers to work during times like these. Many of us are not as resilient as DLD. I have contacted sales and I am waiting. Not in a rush. Not necessarily looking for a particular person to respond but just some sort of an idea of the progress of things. That is why I went to the brotherhood. God bless.

We are waiting on some deliveries so please be patient with us. We are filling all orders as it comes in. We had a terrible thing happened last week that has set us back. So please be patient and we will have your equipment to you as soon as possible, and when I say soon I mean within the next week.
