SG no mail for delivery information

Hi!
On 24 dec(about 2 days ago) i I bought [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sg[/words] package from the site!
I received the order confirmation but no email with dhl data to track the delivery.
I wrote to support but have not received a response.
What should I do?
Is there a problem?

I didnt get emails about the delivery but my delivery come really quick, I was actually shocked when I got a knock on the door :) Give it time considering its the holidays man, I ordered mine in the summer
 
I believe they are in England, which means they honour Boxing Day (the day after Christmas). If they worked today and it shipped (they may have taken the whole week off), you very likely may see it Monday or Tuesday.
 
OK guys everything is fine!
I don't received the mail but i received the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] and it's good!
Tomorrow i will probably start my routine with BAtHydromaxate and [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Sg[/words]!
