Hi everyone. I currently want to focus only on Length. Am thinking of getting the Silistrecher to do the Pyramid Hanging routine (With warm up and bundled stretches) and use it after as an ADS throughout the day and during sleep.
1st Question : How many times do I have to do the hanging sets in a day, another one before sleep? Or is one at the start of the day sufficient?
2nd Question : Do I need to add in any kind of Jelqing/Girth exercises since this is just a Length Focus routine?
3rd Question : Since it was not mentioned in the Pyramid Routine, what about the Testicle Health Massage and Kegels, when would be the best time of the day to add this in the routine?
