Salve for relief after PE

I recently got back into PE and I use a vacuum stretcher with a lot of force (at least it feels like it :)), and wanted to try something to help my head tip and shaft skin heal better and feel better.
I got some CBD/Hemp salve that also contains coconut oil, beeswax, camphor , essential oils and menthol. It does give me some relief so I thought I would share this. I don’t know the specific essential oils it contains but the Hemp and menthol are vasodilators from what I read.

Most of us use hydrocortisone as it contains the sufficient anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory ingredients.

However, there are those who chase after hollistic approach, or just like natural materials, you can indeed try different salves. Quite a few brothers here use warm coconut oil (make sure it's virgin and filtered to prevent rough sediment from scratching), castor, olive oil, and a few others. Essential oils can cause unknown irritation from broken skins, and camphor can truly be irritating after the skin opens up. Bee's wax may be too rough and does not remain liquid unless it hits a certain temp. You want fully liquid at body temperature. Menthol will burn.

I did start using the coconut oil that came with my MtyVac before I pump. It helps a lot! I never lubed up before using the bathmate but I noticed it really helps with the MityVac. I think I’m preferring using it as an air pump because it’s so convenient and does a great job!

I’ll get some! I noticed it is recommended here but I thought this might be a good thing
I am one of the members here who prefer natural holistic and organics alternatives if possible.

Per my research I found out that organic shea butter is just as effective as hydrocortisone.
