Hi Everyone!
I’ve been lurking for a few weeks and 2 weeks ago I’m happy to have started my own PE journey.

After reading all of your informative and encouraging posts and comments I feel confident I can make some decent improvements to my length, girth and EQ.

For the last 2 weeks I’ve started the hanging 101 basics program using a homemade captains wench and over the last couple of days have incorporated some vacuum ADS extending for about 2 hours at night when I have the time while watching TV or relaxing in bed.

I’m currently sitting at 16cm BPEL and 11cm MSEG with an end goal of hitting 20cm BPEL and 15cm MSEG.

I will update here periodically with measurement updates, any changes to my routine or any other relevant information to note.

Thanks to everyone in the community for posting and providing such good quality information and advice to get me started and for joining me on my journey.
 
Quick update

I have been hanging every day, recently moving up to 6x 20 minutes sets at 1.25kg. Will continue this for another week and increase the weight by about .5kg and stick with the 6 sets.

I am also still vac extending at night 3-4 times a week for an hour or two time permitting.

Everything is going well, my member seems to be responding well and no issues to note.

Will measure again at the end of the month.
