Routine of Grago to Nine

I'm starting this thread to run PE with a steel hand. I'm currently starting over
Saving Money to buy SRT about December.

Current Routine LENGHT FOCUS // Trying to do it every day for at least 60 days
Doing 4 set in the Moning and 4 set at Night of Below.
Stretching Routine:

Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds x 3

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds x 3

I can see you're using the newbie routine, which is a huge step to getting to SRT. Once you do start the SRT program, you're going to see incredible growth, like you never imagined. I did my daily workout on August 19, 2025. The morning and evening workouts were 4 sets each. In the workout message, I put the wrong duration of the sets. Currently, I'm doing 40-second compressions, not 30-second ones.

If you're writing everything down, it should be uneasy way to see how much time an effort you're putting into the routine. I love that you're doing them twice a day. I always push the limits on these things.

I believe you already set a new world record limit somewhere years ago. Your limits are no longer of this world.

I'll write everything down. This year I finished college. It's finally time for me to change my lifestyle for the better, so I'm trying to push everything to the limit. I'm currently 27 years old. I'm trying to change everything, from my financial situation to other factors (I was living on enough to pay the bills). However, with a good college degree, this should change. I've never had a girlfriend or a hookup despite my age (many of my friends are already getting married). Not only am I doing PE exercises, but I'm also going to the gym four times a week. I'm doing daily sit-ups and mainly studying to pass two public exams (in my country, it's the most secure way to get a job) and also for the residency exam.

As for today's workout, today's routine was completed 20 August, 2025. In the last few sets, I felt a bit of loss of grip. And I'm doing the stretches flaccid, the first 4 series I can even do with 90% erect, but after that it gets difficult and I also can't do 100% erect.

Good job brother, a lot of people in your situation would have just given up, but you instead are doing the opposite, making a huge and RARE trasformation. 📈

Well, I think I could add an inch if I really wanted to, but right now, my mind is centered on helping the brotherhood and taking care of my ministry outside of the brotherhood. When you get to my size, there are no limits to what you can accomplish.

Thanks. Maybe I'll create another topic later. Currently, my biggest problem at the gym is gaining mass. I'm 5'9" and weigh 144 pounds. My body fat at my last appointment was 9%. However, I'm lacking a lot of volume and definition.

However, in the morning I felt a little pain in the veins near the testicles.
 
Go ahead and take a day off. When nerves and blood vessels are stretched for too long and too intensely, it the stressed segments is attempting to reach the healing rate to match up with the stressing rate, or micro damages. If the micro damages exceed the healing rate, the body flags you to stop for healing period.

I agree, but I would not take off too long. I would say, a week would be the most I would do any more than that you may fall off. I think it's also wise to take 2 days off a month. Just to reset things.
 
Yesterday I took the day off (August 24th) but today (August 25th) I'm back to the Routine and have already finished it. I must admit that I've been feeling down these last few days, I'm very uncertain about whether I'll be able to do well in the competitions(public exams) and to top it all off the girl I liked at the gym started dating another guy.

Sorry to hear about the stacking of life going crazy on you, brother. However, don't lose heart. Simply go on your merry way, do what needs to be done, and look ahead. It may be you, it may be her, but once you figure things out while you reboot your life again, you'll get a fresher perspective in life. If you need listening ears and sound advices, we're here for you.
 
Today's routine (August 26th) is done. Thank you all so much for your kind words of support. I will try my best and stay focused.
