I've retained the flaccid stretch length not the erection length. However I've been incorporating kegals while resting between sets. Which has helped with erection quality and erection length.Have you retained your size with a month off? Your size is in the monster territory.
I did it so you can do it too. It takes serious commitment and lots of work. With that said I believe you can do it.

I've been doing length only for so long and decided because I can't do length work on weekends I'll do some manual slow squash jelqs and 50 normal times 3 sets. Doesn't take much time so can do it with the minimal time I have there.
I would much prefer to get more length.
Looking at my penis it doesn't look that big what so ever. I know me been so overweight has an affect on this as it looks alot smaller next to my fat legs lol. Still I think it's small in length, it bothers me some.
