Progress thread Routine help

Hi guys I've been doing the beginners routine and gained maybe an 0.5 inch. I bought the length master.
I'm planning on doing maybe 40 mins per day of 30 or 1 minute stretching outwards, right, upward and left. Maybe 50 to 100 jelqs.

I am after advise on quickest way to gain length and what time frame as a guess I could expect to gain 3 to 4 inches.

Also I am struggling with wrapping my penis and keeping it in the lengthmaster. My penis slips alot and I end up having to reposition often plus it also feels like I'm stretching the skin at the base of my penis more than the internal penis.
Any advise?

I do get a fluid buildup from manual stretching at the bottom of my gland. I usually massage this for 30 seconds and then do jelqs which help but it's never uncomfortable.

It sounds like you haven't got your wrap perfect. Have you looked at my video instructions about that?

Progression of increasing your length, I don't dare to guess it's so dependent on the intensity you dare to bring on your tissue. AND your program structure. It can happen fast if you are dedicated.

This program is really good.
Stage 1 - Start with the beginner routine, that you will find here.

Stage 2 - Then you can after a month progress into DBS Stretches;
🔗 Downward Bundled Stretches with the LENGTHMASTER 3.

Stage 3 - And then later you progress into BTC-B Stretches.
🔗 Behind The Cheeks (LM b.ASS) bundled stretches, view from the backside.

🔗 LENGTHMASTER 3 bundled stretches, behind the ass (Abbrivation: LM b.ASS).


How fast you can progress is up to you, but in DBS Stretches you will feel that the stretches loses their intensity, in the inner penis and in the ligaments.
Then it's time to progress into BTC-B Stretches. Always stretch hard. But go easy in the beginning and always increase the intensity exponentially, as you progress.

I highly recommend you to transition into holding your DBS Stretches for 5 minutes in each bundled direction, and later also holding your BTC-B Stretches for 5 minutes as well, and it's also important to bundle as much as you can in this stage (Stage 2), in order to loosen up the tunica albuginea for the next stage/exercise (Stage 3). In Stage 3 you should also bundle more and more as you progress.

One session should be 20 minutes.
One set should be 10 minutes.
One session is 2 sets of 10 minutes.
I recommend a rest of 10 minutes between the two sets

You can do 2 sessions per day.
Personally I'm doing 2 sessions per day, 3 days on and 1 day rest.

After 13 minutes (3 minutes warmup) in the chamber you detach and remove the wrap to restore blood flow to your penis. This is important in order to be able to always stretch hard, and keeping pain and discoloration at bay.

Hello again. Is there anything we can do to stop blood blisters forming on the skin.
I think I wrapped mid shaft which was probably too low today.
Many blood blisters have formed.

Have never happened to me. Please explain further. What are you doing, and how does it look like?

Loads of little red dots some a little bigger then others. I know them as blood blisters or blood spots. They are essentially tiny bits of blood that under skin and have gotten trapped.
 
Red spot are normal in many pe areas especially pumping. They fade in a day or two

I read 10 mins on off , is that the maximum ?

My belief is also that when you detach from the chamber you should remove all the wrapping. With time you will become more efficient and faster to wrap your penis.

I tried 15 mins but my gland went way too dark for my liking so I think I will just stick to the 10 mins. I have been trying 5 mins brakes and I seem to with that for now.
 
I haven't no, I may invest in something simerla as the mosred is quite pricey for me. I've seen something simerla for around 50 pounds on Amazon. Might try that.
It was pricy for me as well especially when you include the shipment prices and custom fees to Europe (almost could not afford it, but I was desperate for gains).
But I thought, lifetime warranty and the support from MOS, nothing can beat that.

Do you think wrapping after to keep the penis elongated is a definite help in terms of gains. I mean like percentage wise what would you score the help on keeping the penis elongated after stretching.

I know the length master helps massively in terms of stretch and it stops my forearm fatigue from manual stretching. Incredible that device.

100%
You should keep your penis in an elongated state all day long (not at night when you are sleeping = to much risk).

I have only measured my flaccid length once. It's not necessary to measure it. You see your elongation with your eyes after a session.
In the beginning of me increasing my BPEL I didn't see any substantial flaccid length increase...it came a long time later.

You can gain 2.7 Inch (BPEL) in 5 months, that is the upper limit of what is possible with the LengthMaster 3.0.

You have implemented the best exercise to gain as fast as possible.

Thank you. So about 0.25inch gain in 3 months.

Something to look out for as if I don't reach that then I need to rethink my strategy and get advice. I'll update you in gains in 2 and a half months.

Sounds like a good plan. But don't disappear completely for 2 and a half month. Being active in this brotherhood will help you in your progression and gains.

I'm always reading groups on forum to try figure out more information and possible exercises. I have an interest in how fast people.have gained and what size they have grown to. Seems like DLD has had massive success. I'm envious haha 😆

Hi guys, stretching is going well with the lengthmaster.

Question though. I'm wrapping best I can and decided to stretch down for a while due to getting water blister on my penis tip near uretha, from behind cheeks stretching.

I decided to try behind the cheeks stretch again today and I can still see little bumps forming that look like water blisters so I have stopped. Can this be stopped from wrapping the penis head and forcing all the blood out?
Is there a better way to wrap to stop the water blister is my question.

Yes. Blistering is an indication that the fluid is being forced beyond the epidermal layer capacity to retain surface rigidity. It's a safety mechanism to prevent skin surface failure and bleed to death. Squeeze as much blood out of the head during your initial wrap. It goes like this:

Place the double folded TheraBand on around the penis at the base with just one circular wrap first. Remain at flaccid state and squeeze the blood out as much as you can. Continue to wrap the TheraBand wrap on. Keep squeezing the blood out.

Now wrap on the cotton ace bandage. Every single circular wrap, keep squeezing the blood out of the glans. At the end of the wrap, your glans should look like a deflated mummy.

It will work if you work it! No limits just determination and willingness to do whatever it takes.

Try to apply Magnesium Carbonate under your TheraBand to reduce the skin friction.

By the way, I never go anything like this.

10 minute holds and stretches. Then I massage the glad for 30 seconds and rest 5 minutes before repeating x 4 setts. I'll try the magnesium carbonate at somepoint.

Rest for 4 seconds.
You bundle at left as much you can, hold this stretch with high force for 5 minutes.

This was what I was doing and it's enough to gain fast if you implement SRT healing.

I stopped doing the BTC stretches at present because I was finding it difficult due to me been so over weight. Position and such.
I've dropped weight from 278lbs to 240lbs. Trying to get down to 180lb or there abouts. Been started on trt for 3 weeks now. So hopefully this will give me the extra energy and drive/ambition to exercise and stick to the routine.

Make sure to restart with the newbie routine again. Don't rush.

That's a possibility, based on the incrementation of intensities.

Good for you. Weight loss is a great way to reduce cortisol levels from impacting your PE. But 40 minutes will be a good start. Once you're done, wrap up the penis, or better yet, whenever you can, slap on the all day stretcher (ADS) when possible, or wrap up using the sleeve with more rigid body to create around 900g of constant traction. Extender will definitely be too bulky.

Have you retained your size with a month off? Your size is in the monster territory.

I did it so you can do it too. It takes serious commitment and lots of work. With that said I believe you can do it.

Sounds perfect for length. So are you doing length only?
