@DLD , you're definitely the Yoda of the MOS Jedi council so I'd love to get some advice from you.
I have been off and on with PE for years, saw great results and just kind of fell out of it when I was in the military. Now I've got more time on my hands I'm really getting back into it. I was pretty sporadic with my PE for the last couple years, but have been all in for the last 6 months, and have been seeing good results (minus a few injuries). So let me break down where I'm at, and where I'm trying to end up.
Current stats: BPEL - 8.1" / EG - 6" / BPFSL - 8.6"
Short Term Goals (6 months to 1 year): BPEL - 9" / EG - 6.25"
Long Term Goals: BPEL - 10" / EG - 7"
Equipment: BM, SiliStretcher, Mitivac, LM (of all the equipment, I have not figured out how to get the LM to cooperate with my dick... I've read just about everything in the LM forums and still haven't had that "ah ha" moment where I figured it out) I also have a IR/NIR light (sorry guys, not the MOS brand...). Love the SiliStretcher. Shout out to @Lightning and the other guys on the forums for helping me finally get control of the blister issue (knock on wood). Big fan of the Mitivac as well, I prefer it over the BM simply because I cant get the same level of power out of the BM.
From all the reading and research I've done I know that length is easier to attain when you're not doing any girth work. I do have some long term girth goals, however my primary focus is on length (flaccid and erect) for the time being. EQ has always been high on my list as well (I love jelqs and kegels for this reason).
I don't really have a structured, rigorous routine, which is kinda what I'm looking for. Just like my time in the gym, I always do much better in the long term when there is a structured plan for my day/week/month etc. Discipline will always win out when motivation inevitably fails. So when I'm just doing PE without a plan, I'm more likely to fall into the sporadic, off and on again cycle.
So I usually jelq for 15 min every day followed by the testicle heath massage (favorite exercise combo for EQ and hang, also a great way to start my day). I will do manual stretches 4-5 days a week and get between 2-4 hours in the SS every day.
I can't wear the SS to work, there's no way in hell I'd get away with it. So about 4 hours a day would be tops in the SS (believe me I wish it were otherwise). So, @DLD , can you help me put some structure to this mess of a "routine" I have going? I'm ready to take these gains to the next level, and I need the structure to get me through the motivation dips and bad weeks. Tell me what to do sensei!
