Hello everyone! I have tried PE manual newbie routine for 2 weeks and after I had to move in into double room where it is difficult to go on with that , so I have recently received my stretcher and ready to work it out ! I am looking forward to hear from my future PE fellows and make a progress together!
I am starting with 5.5(14-14,5 cm depends on erection) length and 5.5 girth ( which I am totally satisfied with.

Welcome my brother I’m wondering what tools you have. Can you tell me what they are and maybe we can help you create a routine around them? It sounds like you’re already to go so I think we should try to get a routine thread started, put together a solid work out and get you on your way to gaining. I’ll wait to you let me know what equipment you do have.

These 2 are what I have. I can also use the vacuum for weight hanging.
 
I have started today by stretching using waist-tool 3x30 and have done 1x45 with knee one. I also was told I have to do jelqing between sets for a blood circulation.

That’s some really good time. Are you going to simply for length right now? Is there anything more to your routine then what’s above?

Yes , I will try to grow in length first. I am satisfied with my girth ( it is above average) , but this is my basic length that gives me worries about my size. I am planning to do this routine with stretcher + jelqing. Maybe you can recommend something else?

If you’re going to exclusively for length right now I would add a few things to your routine. Before you start training get in 5 to 10 minutes of bundled stretches. There are a few different ways to do them. If you have the Lengthmaster you simply strap in twist your penis once or twice and then using the handlebars stretch outword. If you do not have a LM you can do them by hand by simply questioning your penis a couple times while flaccid and stretching out from there. The importance of this is the Tunica, being the single most limiting factor in making gains, is very tough and bundles release the Tunica to be more loose like to accept more expansion.

I think you should start doing three sets of expressive stretches within your routine. There are many different expressive stretches you can do. You can do the manually by gripping low on your shaft and stretching from there. If you have a bathmate or a Mityvac you can do hard-core stretches. If you have the Lengthmaster you can do either hole stretches or low grip chamber stretches.

Lastly, I would like to see you get into sessions per week of erect stretching. You can do this for 10 minutes to accomplish what you need to do. Basically erect stretches help to secure new length gains.

Be sure to check out the SRT thread for healing advice. Also check out the newbie routine to see how to do some finishing exercises like the Kegels routine and the testicle Health massage and stretch.

Nothing is too much unless it is too much for you. Listen to your body and find your current limitations and work from there. Everyone is different and can handle different routines.
 
Hello , everyone! I would like to ask a tip on how do I use the equipment that I have : Vacuum hanger , belt-stretcher , knee-stretcher. The issue is that , I don’t have much of free time and need to do other things ( studying, working on computer) while using them. So...I can sit on the chair doing my stuff at the table while doing hanging or belt stretcher . And knee stretcher while lying in the bed in the end of the day relaxing . Surely , I can find 10-15 for jelqing and 10-15 minutes for some other manual exercises. I aimlength first and have heard that girth exercises might complicate length gains ( Do you , guys believe it is true or not btw ?) ...Also the website I bought my equipment on recommended to do 2-3 min jelqing between sets, shall I follow this recommendation? Thank you guys and wish you all good gains!
 
Sitting in front of the computer gives you the "ability" to use a belt stretcher for a long time. At least from my point of view. I do spent quite a lot of time in front of my PC, wearing the Silistretcher, switching from one hip to another every now and then. Well, at least with Silistretcher I see this possibility, some tools can be too bulky but taking advantage of the time you spend sitting down = golden!

Before I use an ADS I've done hanging sets and bundled stretches.

It is a viable option to train length first and then attack the girth. But even with length training some girth expansion can happen and vice versa.

The suggestion to do some light jelqing between sets is good, it's always good to "flush" your penis with fresh blood. ;)

Happy gaining to you, maybe some other fellow can chime in better now, as this thread has been "bumped."
 
Thanks , man! So what workout scheme could you suggest me to do then ? Cause I want to systemize it as well as my weightlifting workouts. I also heard , that it isn’t better did less , than more than needed ( of course it is better to do exactly as much as necessary for gains , but it is what we get with experience) , cause tunica can become hard and it will complicate length gains.

Also , my penis become pretty cold during the hanging set. Is that normal?
 
I really can't say anything better than DLD gave you in post #12. ;)

As in, do manual work, jelqs etc., then try to maximize the effect of that workout with wearing the belt-stretcher after, for several hours if possible. Depending how it feels, of course.
From my viewpoint it's about maximizing the effect of active training with passive healing.
There's a "middleground", don't go past pain. Mild discomfort is something that can occur and it's fine. But if there's a cut, big bruise, strong discomfort or pain, it's time to slow down.

Adding intensity over time is usually the best way to keep gaining. Also, varying with your workouts can help, as in to keep your body guessing. If you give the same kind of stimulus every time, your body will grow dull to it and not react so positively anymore. Well, I guess you know that from weight lifting. :)

I would also check your bone pressed flaccid stretched length once a month to make sure the routine is producing length gains. At that point we can add new exercises, increase the intensity of exercise, introduce new tools, or create a whole new routine.

I am not sure 6 sessions of hanging can give any real length gains , but...all of a sudden while masturbating , my dick seemed a bit longer to me , so I measured it with the strap ( because it is curved like a banana a bit , which my ex date told me felt good and it makes sense since it stimulates the G-spot) and cant measure length with ruler.I measured few milimiters gains ! Idk what is that : real gains or just better erection quality , or penis is in extended condition after hanging session. Cause Achieving secure 6 inches (15,25 cm) in length Ian super crucial for my confidence to be at the top point of average length. Now I am 5’5-5’7 length (14-14,5 cm) and 6x5’5( 15,25 x14girth) will allow me to make the greater step overcoming my size complex , cause I with no hesitations will be able to say to myself “I am bloody hell above average”! ???
 
I do 3 sets with 0,5 kg/1.1 lbs of 20 minutes with 5 minutes rest in between. Plan to do it for 2-3 weeks and then hang with 2.2 lbs in sameness regime and adding 1.1 lbs every 3-4 weeks and see how it goes. What I like about hanging , is that most of PEnlargers say , that there should not be more than 3-4 sets of 20 minutes. I am sitting with little plate hanged on my penis , doing my stuff at the table for an hour and...I am basically done! I don’t have to dedicate entire hour of my attention to manual routine , I don’t NECESSARILY have to wear any kind of stretcher for multiple hours which is no matter how good is it is still uncomfortable ( I still do it in light regime for healing like DLD recommends) + thinking about sleeping in silicon sleeves , but still not sure about it???
 
Why? if its progressive training you will gain. Many men have gained with hanging, and some used to many many hours daily.
I just don’t think I can see any real results within such short period of time.

By the way ...I have seen an awful way of advertising one PE manual routine ThePenisProfessors one of these days...It costs 50$ and my friend gained with it and gave me access so I will leak their routines here , cause the way they humiliated average size males is unacceptable and I will take my revenge ???

Erection quality will vary depending on so many different things. So don’t lose any hope they’re just understand that it’s part of the game. And as you increase the strength of your pelvic floor muscles through doing Kegel work you will see your erection quality getting better and better.

Thanks! I have been awerering of Kegel for a long time and occasionally did them , but w/o systematic approach. But last 10 days I have been doing 2 sec hold 1 sec release 20 times 3 sets per day and just yesterday with your technique it seems like I have mastered multiorgasm whole masturbating. They were very short , but the main point is that when I felt I was nearly to ejaculate in 7-10 sec of stroking my penis I stopped , flexed PC muscle felt like 40-60% intensity of regular orgasm and shorter in period of course and could keep going w/o losing erection. The only point is that I ejaculated A BIT while doing that for the 3rd time...But when I ejaculated it was very intense and I shot it like from AK-47 ?

That’s awesome! So the reason we make our pelvic floor muscles stronger is not only for greater erections but also for male multiple orgasm! 2 fold awesomeness!
 
I might personally go one day hanging, other day pumping routine. It varies for me.
Find a suitable timetable for yourself, keep an eye on Erection Quality and other matters. If you're hurting, then it's too much. You can always upgrade the intensity down the line.
One could do certain PE exercises on a daily basis, possibly hanging as well, if you just vary the weight.
 
REST DAYS
I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.
 
Guys , I have a question! What does the absence of morning erection tells about ? I heard it might be the sign of overtraining, but I don’t seem to have intense workouts. I am 21 y.o and I don’t like this sign at all... maybe I am confused with my sleep phases so I don’t remember whether I have it or not , but it has been for more than a week that the first moment in the morning I understand I am awakes I don’t have a boner...

I never really got them in any consistent way. I may get it to her three times a month but I don’t expect it every day. This is been this way through my whole entire PE career so I don’t think it’s going to change but at the same time it didn’t hurt me in anyway.
 
Morning erections are every day more and more less in the USA. They are directly related with the level of stress in the brain. Emotional stress, problems, situations. Americans statistically is one of the most stressed countries in the world. Add to that one of the worst nutritional habits in the world plus alcohol abuse, marihuana and other drugs and is the perfect combination for infertile, erectile dysfunction.

Not saying that you have ED. BUT, our daily lives take a HUGE toll in erection quality, libido, etc.

Forgot to add, if you watch adult entertainment, thats very detrimental also for sexual health.

So true and it brings me to a place I truly don’t want to be. What frustrates me is I find myself in that place and then after I’m done I can’t believe I did what I did. That’s why I know when I do something like this that’s wrong it’s not me who’s doing it it’s the old me trying to feel secure! That is why the new me hates to do the very things I do.

Well...I live in Italy , so the food might be a bit better here and I almost don’t consume much of junky food. The stress? Well, living abroad , studying is not super easy , but ....I used to have them before. And what changed since then are only 2 things : I started doing hanging and I ride bicycle 5 km every day. Lots of PE sources are telling that the absence of morning erection is the significant sign of overtraining , so I am confused...

The other night when it happened I heard God in my mind telling me to do something different or I was going to feel regretful. I did not listen and I went on my own and I did stuff I did not want to do it afterwards I felt terrible. I found something lately that’s really help me and I know I talk about them a lot but I don’t think people really look into it as much as I wish they would. But that is called DBT and DBT allows me to avoid these type of slip ups by finding other constructive things to do in those periods where I have too much time on my hands or I start to feel those temptations coming up. So doing DBT, which is keeping your mind in the moment, I’m able to squash these temptations and keep my mind in the right place. I’ve been using digital coloring books when I start to feel that idle time come on. I called up one of these on my phone and I will play for 15 to 20 minutes to get my mind back into the moment. My mother always told me idle hands are the devils workshop and I agree.

But like you said we’re in the world surrounded by wrong and it’s very difficult to navigate your way through this world living in the flesh because the flesh wars against the spirit. I can’t wait until these things are no longer an issue, I can’t wait for Jesus to come back!
 
Well... I personally have never noticed any problems with erection or sexual desire even while watching adult entertainment , so... Surely it has some effect on many people but I must be not among them. For the time being I think of how to maximize my erection quality and then slowly start to do PE exercises.

And the best way to understand the problems with adult entertainment is to draw a parallel to drug consumption.

Wether you use adult entertainment for pleasure or as an aid to have an erection, is the same. Picture the extremely busy guy that loves to party but has a lot of work and is making decent money. And in order to function properly and wake up early in the morning after a crazy night of drinking heavy, he snort just a tiny bit of cocaine. Perfect! He is able to perfectly function with his life that way. After 6 months, he needs a tiny little bit more to get the same effect. At this point, you talk to him, and advise him how dangerous drug use to function is, the long term side effects, the potential health hazards, the addiction, etc. He proceeds to explain you how under control he has it. Is just a tiny bit every morning upon waking up and he functions perfectly normal the whole day and is able to party the next evening. So you believe him, he might have a stronger mindset than the average.

But as time went by, that tiny bit needed kept increasing. Because as always, as with anything, the body builds tolerance. So he needed more. And more. And because he was crashing hard in the evening after work, he started doing little bit before going out too. Long story short, when he realized that what he was dong was perhaps not the right way to go, he tried to cut it off. He couldnt. He was barely able to drag himself out of the bed, his whole body aching, weak, lethargy, foggy mind, he was vomiting anything he tried to eat, he had to snort cocaine again. His brain chemistry changed, and he started developing panic attacks from the idea of feeling bad again, and he started taking a little bit more. Now stacking it with xanax to be able to sleep at night.

And long story short, that is the addiction process. With adult entertainment is no different. Down the road your brain will require more, and more, more hardcore, more nasty, more pervert, and this is the reason why we have so many multiple categories of adult entertainment available. Because when nothing else works, you are going to end watching girls eating shit, which is not even adult entertainment anymore (for a normal brain) but in a twisted brain, already consumed by adult entertainment, new fetishes and perversions are born.

And we dont even need to mention real sex. True, on the early stages of adult entertainment watching, it perfectly complement your sexual lifestyle. But as the adult entertainment volume and variety keeps increasing, it comes to a point in which it surpasses a real woman naked. Suddenly the addiction is so deep that a real woman to make love with her does nothing in terms or arousal and excitability. As a consequence, there is no erection. And of course, throughout the process the issue starts with a decreased EQ.


I have been seeing therapist (psychologist) for about year and it has been many times we have touched the topic of my EQ while having sex with the women. I have so many insecurities and I have an assumption that adult entertainment might contributing to it.

I can only get really arose when I am developing romantic feelings towards a girl ( and it might start like really fast meaning I cannot just have one affair and forget her ). This lead to the situation when I am 6'4 model-looking ( I used to work as a model in Italy for a little ) guy of 23 y.o. had slept just with 3 women and the only more less good sex I had was with the 1st girl who got me addicted on marijuana which we were using while having sex. It just helped to turn my brains off and had good EQ.

I know its hard, but ideally just your mind. What is even harder to understand, thats how it was back in the day my friend. I am way older than you. When I grew up adult entertainment was a taboo.
