New year resolution: reach 7" in length.

Day 1:
Bundled Stretches
3 minutes clockwise.
3 minutes counterclockwise.
Stretches:
Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds

Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds

Straight Down Rolls Stretches: 2 minutes

About LengthMaster
I only used LengthMaster for bundled stretches because it feels uncomfortable for other stretches.
Specifically, I get discomfort around the glans/head area. Not sharp pain, but an unpleasant pressure.

Question for experienced users:
Is this normal at the beginning due to lack of conditioning, or am I likely using it incorrectly?
Any tips? I also have a lot of foreskin.

About LengthMaster
I only used LengthMaster for bundled stretches because it feels uncomfortable for other stretches.
Specifically, I get discomfort around the glans/head area. Not sharp pain, but an unpleasant pressure.

The unpleasant sensation is very common at first, until you find your way to wrap things properly to strap in between the plates. The glans's uncomfortable feelings then turn to pressured feelings during the exercises. Try to wrap the base of the glans a bit more with a larger bulk, while pulling the foreskin completely back as much as possible while wrapping, and squeeze the blood out of the glans completely. The glans shrinks and will not create much "terminal" traction during the pull, but this will eliminate about 95% of the discomfort. The bulk wrap should be around 2.5in or 6.3cm in width, equally wrapped across below the base of the glans. Don't overly tightly wrap the penis. Just enough to provide sufficient traction so the foreskin doesn't cause slippage. This is the early stages in using the Length Master that everyone has to go through.

Question for experienced users:
Is this normal at the beginning due to lack of conditioning, or am I likely using it incorrectly?
Any tips? I also have a lot of foreskin.

Very normal. The moment you start increasing the training exercises with slightly higher traction load, you'll see an explosive gain. Don't be in haste. Progress safely and properly. We're here to lead you on.

Man, there's a listing of international averages? I didn't know that. When did those studies conducted? I can tell you, a few of my German and Polish friends will scream at the average measurements.

That stretch was lost through a deletion during the server hacks. The quickest description is having a flaccid penis, roll it around a cylindrical bar or device, such as a broomstick, as if you're rolling a pretzel. The closest to the original roll is the Blue Whale's roll:

Regarding the stretches, I did only one round of each. I guess I am still sore from yesterday, but I wore SizeGenetics for 5 hours today.

Yeah, there are many. But I do not know, they do not feel accurate.

First, how can 1k/10k determine the average of a country?!
Second, self-reported... yeah, people will give themselves an extra 1-2 inches.
Third, measured - I think someone small will not go to get measured, only the big ones will.

But here is a list. Look into it and tell me if you think it is accurate:

I have the TheraBand, Uncle Jim’s Penis Wrap, and Penis Wrapping Tape. Regarding the TheraBand, it is too wide for my penis. I am a shower, not a grower. 😂 Should I fold it in half? Also, any tips on how to get my foreskin back? I am trying, but I cannot make it right.

I cut mine width-wise in half, and then fold it in half or a third, according to my need. Using the entire thing and fold may be too wide, slippery, and too long.

Also, any tips on how to get my foreskin back? I am trying, but I cannot make it right.

First, pull the foreskin back as far as you can while creating the first loop of wrap. After you wrap the first full loop (or slightly more towards 1.5 full loops) around the penis, before you create a second loop, continue to pull the foreskin back to the base of the penis. As you make the second loop, the Theraband's edge will cover the excessive foreskin that's now exposed below the base of the glans. Just this little foreskin exposure can cause everything to slip. Once you create enough bulk wrap around the base of the penis, you can use the sleeve the bulk. If you just want to wrap, use the same initial method, and after three to four loops, wrap backwards towards the base of the penis.

Using the Theraband as the base prevents the sticky adhesive from causing skin irritation every time you take off your skin. Use the sticky adhesive as your last resort.
 
If your ace is getting loosened through the night. The culprit is most likely you're getting sporadic erections, and every time that happens, it loosens the ace.

Finishing off with 3 hours of wearing Uncle Jim's wrap and I hope to get 3 hours of sizegenetics tonight.

I cut my Theraband into 3 parts, two 1/4 strips and one 1/2 strip, and I also cut Uncle Jim’s wrap in half.
It is a whole different experience. Everything fits better now.

If your ace is getting loosened through the night. The culprit is most likely you're getting sporadic erections, and every time that happens, it loosens the ace.

Yeah, I get lots of sporadic erections. I guess it is because I have high testosterone levels (~1000 ng/dL).
By the way, how much does physical conditioning affect penis growth? I have an athlete-level conditioning -ish.
I do boxing and powerlifting.

Also, I sit in a chair for about 10-12 hours a day.
What could that mean for my PE journey and for my sex life in general?

Having an athletic body will help with blood flow and hormone balancing. It will also boost your recovery rate and cellular growth because of body optimization.

But sitting around all day, not a good thing for blood circulation, even if your body is healthy. It only takes one compressed blood vessel around your hamstrings to turn your world up side down.

Question: After I twist for bundled stretches, should I pull outward/stretch, or should I focus on getting as much rotation as possible?
If I twist 360°, I can still stretch. With 360° + 180° it becomes harder to pull/stretch, and with 360° + (almost)360° it becomes impossible.

Our routines are very similar except I am yet to incorporate an ADS

It's okay. I find it annoying when I have to pee. I drink a lot of water, so I use the bathroom often.
Other than that, it's fine. I work from home, so I can wear it easily since I am sitting in a chair all day.

It gets annoying and I feel some discomfort after 1 hour, but I guess that's a good thing. It's my signal to take a break. Take it off, go to the bathroom, smoke a cigarette (a 10-minute break), then put it back on and go back to work.

As for results... I do not have any yet, since this is my 5th day of PE, but I plan to measure month to month.

@DLD @oldandlively, after 1 month should I expect any gains? If yes, how much?
Usually, I measure my performance in the gym, and from month to month you can tell there is a difference. Here in PE, will a month do anything? What results will I have after a month? What should I look for? Not necessarily length gain (although that would be awesome), but other things like EQ.

Initial use of any extender/ADS will, not can, cause discomfort until you get use to the new strains. Call it growing discomforts. As long as there's no pain, it's a great thing.

As for results... I do not have any yet, since this is my 5th day of PE, but I plan to measure month to month.

We tend to say, don't measure until three months later. But if you want to measure month to month, there's no issue with that. Since this is only the first 5 days, don't expect phenomenal growth. Even on the first month, there may not be any sudden visible growth. When the body adopts the new incremental strains, commonly after 90 days, that's when you truly see new visible gains. If all goes well, as you wear your ADS/Extender until 1.1kg of tension, with cellular repair and replacement at 10um per cell replacement/filling in healthy subjects, spacing out along the entire length of 3cm of central shaft, you can expect around 0.1cm every week under optimal conditions. At worst, 0.01cm every week. So, in 30 days, you probably can see 0.4cm at best, or 0.04cm at worst.

One of the brothers came up with an AI model based on his collected data, which closely mirror the growths for most of us. Hard growers are a different story.

For PE, you can see within 10 to 20 days, as long as you follow specific progressive pressure ranges. Go too fast, and you'll get lower EQ. Use the range too low, and you will not see EQ changes. Most EQ pressure ranges start at -3.5inHg to -5inHg. The moderate zone is a dynamic use of pressure between -5inHg to -7inHg. Never stay at one pressure for too long. Always fluctuate in between pressures every 20 to 30 seconds.

If you're pursuing EQ restoration, there's a different approach all together. Low pressure methods, while creeping between into moderate pressure zone and back to low pressure is the key. I have to pull the posts together back for the pumping method to restore EQ. Disaster struck early in 2025 and we lost valuable posts about EQ restoration. Wish I backed up the 7 pages of personal posting on EQ data and restoration methods.

For some, there were very noticeable differences within the first month as they used more aggressive methods. In a progressive but safer methods, the visible gains will be there, but not as significant as the aggressive methods.

These values are composite values provided by our brothers since 2004. This include my own values I used for comparison. Mine fell slightly behind because of the less aggressive approach.

The defined term of a hard grower is the lack of visible growth for those who have pursued PE in extreme and aggressive methods in the past, and they have hit hard plateaus and unable to observe new visible growth, even though the growth is very slow. For example, our brother 9.5inchpro is going very aggressive PE routines to break through this own hard plateau, because of his past approaches of aggressive exercises. If you read through his recent routines, there's a mix of aggressive and progressive (lighter) routines in alternate days, attempting to trigger plasticity and remodeling pphases.

You are in a quasi-state of grower and not shower. Shower's flaccid is roughly 80% of erection size, regardless of temperature. Grower tends to be 1/3 to 1/2 flaccid of total erection size. Hard grower will be limited on growth after 6 months of routines. But our brother @kriskros demonstrated that even hard grower will suddenly receive the full gains after a long break, or a long turnover, period of 6 months when he did not see any gain at all for the 9 months he was working hard on his routines.

Sounds like a game plan. Length is harder than girth, so all energy focusing on length is more beneficial than a combo of. Sometimes, you just have to swing between length and girth just to keep the body guessing. This is why I pursued both at the same time, switch back and forth to keep my routines irregular to keep the body from adapting to stress loads, laterally (for girth) and longitudinally (for length). In your case, vary your exercises for length, but don't give up on the bundling/twisting of the penile shaft during the exercises.
