Reverse kegel is like forcing yourself to urinate or forcing yourself to poop 💩

You do it for 30 seconds and repeat as much as you like.

The only reason why I think reverse kegel is good is to balance the equation of over doing kegels. When you do kegels excessively, you will feel fatigue. To kill the fatigue, do a reverse kegel and the fatigue will disappear instantly.
 
Reverse kegel is when you push the flow of urine while a kegel is when you stop the v flow of urine. You do not need to be urinating when doing this
