Reverse Kegel

Hi guys

So I know how to Kegel very well. I can do a pull back while holding my penis and I can bounce my penis around (still need a lot more work on my PC muscle though)

What I’m struggling with is the reverse Kegel. I’ve read and read and I just can’t seem to grasp if I am doing it right. I know reverse kegeling is important to gaining length so could anyone help me out here and give me a better understanding. Is it just when I’m in a total relaxed state and not kegeling/pulling back? I am very sorry if this is a stupid question

This is not a stupid question.....
Reverse kegel is something that everyone struggles with at first.....
Kegels on the other hand are easier because our body sometimes involuntarily kegels

Reverse kegel, as it sounds, is the opposite of what a regular kegel is....
The best way to understand PC muscle is by flexing and unflexing it while urinating....
When you pee and you have to stop you flow of urine, you kegel
To reverse kegel, what you want to do is to force your pee out......

For example: You are watching a movie on tv and you have to pee. What you do is that you run to the washroom and pee quickly because you do not want to miss anything from the movie. That 'peeing quickly' is known as reverse kegel.....

The reverse kegel is like when you push a crap out, that straining muscle action is essentially a reverse kegel.

You do them like forcing a poo or wee but don't strain yourself, just go lightly.

I've always found conventional kegels were most important, but reverse kegels helped when stretching ligaments, and holding off ejaculation.

I fully understand what you are saying but I guess I don’t understand how to make that happen if I don’t actually have to pee ?

A feeling in the lower abdomen. Try a normal kegel then try pushing out like you want a pee.

A reverse Kegel is simply the same muscle movement of forcing the flow of urine. You don’t actually have to be urinating to do the RK but it’s a good way to find it.

It's actually easy....
What you have to do is play with your PC muscle.....
When you pee, first kegel and hold your pee. Then force your pee out; that is reverse kegel. Keep doing it till you can feel the flex of the PC muscle.

In time with practice, you can do one and it takes no effort at all, just a slight sensation in the perinaum, but you feel it more in the lower abdomen.

When you try forcing pee out of your penis or shit out of your anus hole, that's reverse kegel.
