So I know how to Kegel very well. I can do a pull back while holding my penis and I can bounce my penis around (still need a lot more work on my PC muscle though)
What I’m struggling with is the reverse Kegel. I’ve read and read and I just can’t seem to grasp if I am doing it right. I know reverse kegeling is important to gaining length so could anyone help me out here and give me a better understanding. Is it just when I’m in a total relaxed state and not kegeling/pulling back? I am very sorry if this is a stupid question
