So i did pe like 15 years ago went from 6.5 length to 7.8 and was happy with that. I noticed the last couple of years that's it's retracted so I measured and I'm at 5.5 now. So went back to the forums refreshed my knowledge got a traction device and did my first session yesterday. Today I noticed that I had a blood blister next to one of my veins on the underside. If this something I need to be concerned about it should I relax and just start lighter?

Welcome back brother. Looks like you went into regressive mode because of you pushed through too hard and didn't have long term cementing regiment. It happens the moment you let up the throttle after pushing too hard from the routines. It normally takes up to a year to cement the gains, and you need to keep up with the PE ever so often to prevent the regression.

You also started out too hard. When that happens, you get blisters. Slow down first by allowing the blister to heal, plus a week of extra time to ensure the tissues strengthen. Reapproach PE by starting slow as a newbie again. I know the feeling of rushing in and rushing hard to get the gains back again. This is a poor desperate mentality that we should stay far away from.

Just wondering, since you mention blisters at the bottom side, are you using a clamping tube or something with aggressive traction?

No clamps. I think I used the same strength I used when I let off all those years ago. Do you think stretching is OK? I think it was the girth exercises that did it. I figure no jelqing or anything that messes with blood flow.

Ah, it was expansion routines. You can switch over to length routines without disturbing that blister.

Flaccid work is fine even when you have a blister. Just grip at a place where the blister is not

Update
I appreciate both of your insight. Looked into blood spotting as well just to be on the safe side. Looks like what I experienced was normal. But with some vitamins and 2 workouts a week and about 15 mins a day off stretching (all the time I can spare with ft work and multiple kids) I've reclaimed almost an inch and gained a half inch of girth. Thank you guys sincerely hopefully the wife enjoys these gains as much a I am.

Back in the day did you do water pumping? I don't see why you would not do that to keep your gains constant and help with EQ at the same time. Mityvac is recommended with water.
