Redness and tiny red spots.

  • Forget about the tiny red spots, as long as they fade away, don't worry about it. Continue normally.

I pump and jelq every day. Some times though i get some redness or a few tiny red spots. My question is: Should i exercise the next day again? I always do, without the injury getting worse, but i wonder if i am diminishing my gains like that...

I get those as well. Less pressure will help keep it from happening, but its nothing to be worried about unless you need your dick looking pretty for the ladies :)

second all of the above, but want to remind you that red spots often indicate a temporarily reduced EQ, too. At least they do in my experience. Thus if you want to hit the sweet spot later on you might want to be more careful.

Hmmm, that's interesting. I have to see if my EQ is weaker next time I get this. :)
