Red spots after stretching

I noticed red spots appear on my glans every time I stretch my penis. The occurrence started just a few weeks ago and was not a problem before. I took a break for a week because I thought my appendage needed some rest but the problem still persists. There is even some discolourization so the stress is real..

Why do they appear now even though I have not changed my routine?

Wait till more experienced members give some advice. But from my own experience red spots on glands if they disappear within a couple hours, it's pretty harmless. Also the discoloration should disappear in 10 to 15 minutes after some massage. Of course, all of this depends on the severity. If they are lasting too long, you could be wrapping wrong, or just hanging for too long without a break. Sometimes, 20 minutes of hanging then massaging then back to hanging is a safer bet.

Perhaps you’re putting more intensity into what you’re doing and that’s why they are coming the biggest thing I want to ask is do they fade away? If they fade away then it’s nothing to be concerned about. But if they do not fade you will want to try another method of training.
 
I do a lot of manual stretches and have never seen any on mine unless I'm blind, only ones I get are from bathmate, do you mean from just manual stretches?

Red spotting always goes away on its own. It’s nothing to worry about just give yourself enough time to heal. spotting usually goes away within a couple hours.
 
Out of curiosity are you cut or uncut? I’m uncut and get red spotting from manual stretching if I haven’t fully gone up to the glans.

I am circumcised. You should always be gripping right below the head to get the best tissue stretch.
