discolor/beauty Red dots and shaft is red

Hey im abit worried about this
I got many dark red spots on my penis
and half of my shaft is super dark/red,
I only use bathmathe

I took 10 days off, and now my penis has shrunk it feels like, never been this small
but still dots are here

Can you send us a picture so we can diagnosis for you? Red spots are very normal with PE!So I wouldn't worry so much but still I would like to see a picture.
 
Adding this.
If your penis turtle a lot more then usual and your penis doesn't hang loose downward, it may need some days rest. The level of intensity you are using will determine the rest you need.
