Recent changes to my routine

Hello all,
I just wanted to chime in and comment on my latest attempts to gain more size, specifically length.
It has been a few weeks now since starting up again and it’s been progressing nicely. Below is my routine that I have been doing, complete with comments as applicable throughout:

I start with a hot washcloth as a warm up for 5 mins, to get nice and supple.
I’ve been alternating between stretching and jelqing routines, every other day. The odd rest day is thrown in usually twice a week, but never two rest days in a row.

Stretching
Corkscrew twists
Between the cheeks
Twist over the knuckles (Mandingo stretch, I believe)

Power assist stretches:
-V stretch
-A stretch
-side stretches

I follow up with a cheap extender from China from eBay usually for 1 hr but I just started trying it for 2 hrs now. I’ve never been an extender fan, so this is progress for me at least. The extender is only $20 and I just purchased another as the plastic snapped around the round rod support moulded right into the sides of the plastic ring. A darned good price for being in our times of high inflation these days.

Next is the Jelqing day.

Jelqing
I start with a hot washcloth as a warm up for 5 mins, to get nice and supple.
I Jelq for a count of 200 strokes just to get the chambers warmed up and filled, however my intent is not for girth expansion, only for supplementing length gains.
Some info I located in the book linked here (The Complete Guide to Penis Enlargement eBook : Maverick, Michael J.: Amazon.ca: Kindle Store) shows the three different chambers of the penis, but states how the underside chamber pumps blood into the head for greater expansion.
So what I do next is a targeted jelq of the two side chambers, isolating both sides from the bottom of the shaft which ensures that the head doesn’t expand. By doing this forcefully, it expands the chambers lengthwise underneath the head. This prods the length outwards and takes the pressure off of the head, resulting in less pressure to bruise and spot the head when doing these jelqs. The targeted side jelqs are done directly through the scrotum all the way from the deep base of the inner shaft upwards to lengthen the penis. A total of 200 strokes are done this way, for a total of 400 jelqs.
A warmdown is then performed with a hot washcloth again, which is one step in ever used to do.
The linked book above can be located in google books and other places. It has a lot of “mumbo jumbo” content about nutrition, supplements and other things (such as hormone gels which I’d love to try) but the part on the natural forced pumping of blood is what I’ve adapted into my routine for the side chamber jelqs from the root of the penis deep in past the scrotum.

So far, the new routine has been pretty plentiful and has some good gains coming forth from it only after about 3 weeks. I even surprised myself in the mirror the other day when I saw some prominent stretch marks mid-shaft. Gains baby! Gains!
