Tbh I'm really lazy doing other kegel variations rather than the quick ones, I'm not lazy to stretch in every angle manually standing for like 1hr+ but kegels..... Idk, Can I get away doing only these or should I add Holds? Has anyone tried a quick kegel only routine?

Try getting 10-20mins at a time (heart rate of at least 130) and watch your erections blow. A stationary bike is the easiest on the joints and works wonders!Not at all.

Sorry y'all, been up to my neck, feels like I can never get ahead. Quit my job and my last day was on friday, and I start the new one on Monday, and so I'm pretty beat. Taking some math courses so I can get back to school soon and trying to keep in shape physically, mentally, and emotionally at the same time. Head is in all sorts of places, I'll get there soon.

So many people find it tough to do PE due to their working schedule. But I believe you can make it happen as long as you don't give up.
