There is in fact proof all over MOS.
But many do not log their progress with photos in a structured way. It's really good you are doing that. We need to replenish content, since we lost a lot of data. Progress threads and picure proof threads are good.
(I will remove my album link. I don't want to take over your thread).

I will move this thread to the, Routines and Progress Forum.

Thanks for the responses to my questions brother, and almost 1 inch in 4 months is a damn good gain. Now I’m seriously considering buying this extender too, so that I have 3 to choose from and use intermittently.

Hope you manage to gain even more, just as fast, stay consistent and grow and longer and thicker unit. Also nice of you to post progress pictures where we clearly see the difference before and after.

Sometimes I feel like a jack-ass, because my gains comes so fast. I will be more humble in the future and be more kinder.
I'm just here to support now. I have a lot of work in front of me now, with this Administrator role and everything else. I want this brotherhood to be the best possible.

No need to feel like a jack-ass brother, I believe most of us know you mean well and have the best intentions in mind when you write and guide people on here.

But having a humble mindset and being kind is a good mindset to have anyways, and you admitting you need to be even more kind and humble shows a lot of maturity and self-insight which is really good.

It was just my feeling I had.

We should have love in this brotherhood (love between a brother to another), and we should be able to share anything and feel secure in that. This is the most important thing in this brotherhood.
I'm here if you guys need me. I will work on some projects, so I will be less active with answering questions.
