I've been using a Bathmate Xtreme since end of December 2022. I am very pleased with the results (approx 1/2" girth gain and 1/4" inch length gain).
I decided 2 months ago to add a Phallosan Forte (wish I looked at the Silistretcher first) but have hardly used it because the sleeves don't fit right. I use the large sleeve and some days it works decent. I can get about 1-2 hours before I need to fix things (loss of pressure). And some days the large is just a hint too big and of course pressure is lost within a few minutes. The medium sleeve is not an option. No way on that - too tight and a battle to get on. So I decided to purchase the 3 pack of the Silisleeve5 (needed options). My thinking after reading the forum is I could use the Silisleeve as a replacement for the Phallosan sleeve and I could also use it as an anti-turtling sleeve when not attached to the Phallosan.
My question - do I completely discard the Phallosan sleeve and attach the Silisleeve directly to it or do I wear the Silisleeve on my penis and also still use the Phalloson sleeve by rolling in down on top of the SIlisleeve so they are layered?
And one last thing - whether using the SIlisleeve with the Phallosan or as a anti-turtling device, how much length do I cut off the Silisleeve? And is it possible to cut a length that can be used with the Phallosan and still be used as an effective anti-turtling device? Or should I plan on buying another Silisleeve of the same diameter and swapping them out based off whether using for anti-turtling or with Phallosan?
