Hey guys, what the max weight you can use with the hanging attachment? I'm using MaleHanger right now, it's great but i find it hard to get a good close consistently even at only 30 lbs, it slides onto the head and that kills. I've tried hanging near the base, ive tried more wrap, i just can't manage it, other people are fine up to like 70lbs, idk how they can do it.

70 pounds it the max weight I used in the LengthMaster. I am sure someone could go even heavier. In addition to getting all the other benefits of the LM.

How is the comfort in comparison to hinged hangers like bib or Malehanger?
i find that the conventional hinged hangers are never actually comfortable, the shaft is always compromised in some way.

It is similar but one thing I did was make the clamp chamber wide. This wide footprint distributes compression in a much more comfortable than most hangers.

So there less of the pinching probably, where do you place the hanger, near the head or at the extreme base?

Much less pinching but much of the pinching that happens with compression tools are due to poor wrapping. Some people use the link nicer without any wrap at all, while other people need to wrap for comfort.

You will want to wear it both ways high and low on the shaft. Lower you go on the shaft the more the stretch those two and expressive stretch while the higher you attach to the shaft you will be training the ligament.

I really like the feeling of hanging closer to the glans because it feel like such a good stretch, but i haven't been able to at high weights because of the hanger always going over the glans.

I like hanging straight down to but what’s really great about the PowerAssist is you can use it for downward hanging and than use it as a stretch chamber to do Bundled stretches which are important for both length and girth.

My next purchase will be a lengthmaster, i have to save for it, holidays and shit.
Yeah, funny you mention girth, something that i have found at the higher weights is after a session my girth always seems so much thinker, like i think heavy hanging helps in the girth department.

Any kind of have the downward exercise will bring base girth very very quickly. What’s really cool with the LengthMaster is the bundle chamber this allows you to bundled stretches and roll stretches. Both of these stretches Bring girth so much faster that if you did not do these exercises

back when i used to do bundles i always found that my shaft felt harder to stretch afterwards so i quit, but i will have to try them again.

Bundles are the only exercise that stretches the Tunica enough to see faster gains in both length and girth. You don’t need to spend much time doing them what are usually tell man to do is do five minutes before any length or girth work out. And that five minutes should be spent 2.5 minutes left and 2.5 right. This is enough to properly pre-stretch the Tunica so I was able to take on much more size length and girth.

So a couple minutes before hanging, sounds good.
Do you think an inch in 4 months is possible? If serious commitment and proper set up is followed.
I know im being a little crazy, and id be happy with anything, but im almost considering trying it.
I feel like max overload is key.

Max overload is good but dont set yourself up for failure even though we know anything is possible. You can gain 1 inch in length in 6 months.

i've already been through all the light stretching for extended periods, im over it personally.
through my years, i've found that the core fundamentals are what always work, force, recovery, consistency, hanging, clamping , pumping.

Well, hanging and clamping are two forms of PE I avoid due to fear of injury. Just get the right PE devices and use the right amount of pressure.

yeah, its not for everyone, but ice been around for a looong ass time bro, im very attuned to how i gain. but i know of many dudes who gain with lighter weight such as yourself.

i hang 30 lbs, so it is light weight in comparison, i gained an inch in 2 months when i started back in 09, spent 3 hrs a day with nothing but my hands. 2000 jelqs a day, and an hour of manual stretching.
