P pidouble 0 Mar 29, 2006 #1 is it a good idea to each exercise in each phase multiple times a day? lets say... 2 - 4 times a day. i have gotten growth (thanks to DLD's exercises) but i guess you could say that i am greedy or impatient for more. thanks for any and all responses.
