With just BM sessions gains can happen, but it might be somewhat slower.
And for length work there are more effective tools, I would say.
If all one uses is the
Bathmate, then one session a day would be in order. Might be even so that no rest days needed. But if that isn't a possibility, from my viewpoint 5 sessions per week could produce gains. Less than that (what I have been doing
) is more just conditioning and maintenance.
Several times I've been able to break my routine to the better and have few more sessions; definitely helps with gaining.
I would really go for the
5x5x3 routine and do those Slow Squash Jelqs. It really helps, doing short pumps and then "ironing out" your johnson makes gaining more uniform without much fluid retention, if any.
One thing is to remember to vary your program a bit, rotate the BM around, add or take away minutes from pumping or jelqing: key is to add intensity over time, as I recall someone smart put it.

You can also try pumping with a
sleeve or a condom.
So, yes, even with "only" BM Extreme model gains can come, but one must remain consistent with his workouts. Have fun pumping Brothers!
