What happened to me years ago was that the overseas company sent my shipment in 2 different shipments. The first came to me, the 2nd got confiscated by "border patrol". I got a letter from them stating that I could get the package and present my case to why I should or relinquish ownership and no further actions would happen. I let them have it. In their letter it stated how it was illegal and blah blah blah...
If you dont get caught it is cheaper, if you do get caught I believe this is their first action and it gets worse if they notice a pattern.

I would say If you have erection problem, ask your doctor and get prescription which is safe and 100% legal
