I would like your help on the following issue: I have the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X40[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Xtreme[/words], and in the instructions manual it is advised to use the pump once every day for 15 minutes, with medium pressure, while some websites say up to 3 times per day, not just once. Some books i have advise to use a pump for 30-60 minutes on medium pressure while others suggest that a 15-20 minute pump on very high pressure (as high as i can without feeling very much discomfort or pain). I've been pumping for quite long now without any visible results, that's why i would like your assistance on this topic.

Please only experienced users. I'd be so happy to receive some guidance on this matter.
 
I don't really like any of the options in the poll, however if I had to choose one, I'd choose option number two.
 
Neither. The best technique, for me anyways, has been pulse pumping. I'll start at 5 hg for a couple minutes, then drop to 3. After 45 seconds, raise it to 7 for 30 seconds and then drop it to 4, ect. I like to change it up every 30- 60 seconds. I do 3-4 15 minutes sessions with some stretches, jelqs, and 60 sec squeezes in between sets. Then I strap into an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] as long as my wife will let me:-)) Usually a couple hours. I'm getting some good gains.

Damn! What pump do you use to have such control over your session? Dp4000? I heard Supra is using it and he claims to have complete control over his pumping session. Are you using the same stuff?

This is the problem I have with the bathmate. They keep failing to admit that pumping should be combined with manual girth exercise like the SSJ.

Most people who buy their bathmate directly frrom the company don't make permanent gains because they instruct them on the manual to pump for just 15 minutes per day, no manual girth work.

The 5x5x3 pumping routine is what you must do if you want permanent girth gains.
