Pumping with Silicap2

Ive recently reinitiated my PE exercises after a move and decided to dig deeper into the tool provided by the mityvac. I use both a Bathmate and Mityvac depending on my schedule and sometimes in combination, morning shower warm up with BM and switching to mityvac while getting ready to get a full session in. Today I used the mityvac with silicap2 for the first time as fluid retention is sometimes an issue that goes away quickly but I have the tools, use them. I typically pump to 5-7 hg, with some fluctuation more and less, with a 7x7x3 session. When pumping with the silicap2 my usual 5-7hg didn't result in the same pump and in fact felt like quite a bit less. In order to feel the same pump I had to go higher into the 8-10hg which is really high and read unsafe per the instructions. I dont have any bruising or issues, never have knock on wood. Anyone have any input on this? I do like the silicap2 as I have very little fluid retention compared to without it.

You can go longer in your pumping session if you can take it but go like maybe 5 minutes every few days. Just keep an eye out for bruising or thrombosis.

Thank you. Im more curious about the amount of pressure, but then I read another thread where people are going 10-15 hg, so I guess Ill keep an eye on things and go slow like everything else. Starting stretches in the am as well so dont want to overdue it.

I hope you are doing SSJ on combination with pumping?
