I have been pumping consistently for a couple of months, and have noticed my penis skin feels more sensitive to the touch.

Does anyone know biologically why this might be happening?

That’s pretty common and why you feel this is because you’re bringing a lot of blood into your penis and it is stretching your Tunica which gives a tingly feeling. Nothing to worry about.
