Pump does not work

I bought this 7 days ago and the pump does not work or hold i have to pump it every minute then lock it then do it over and over ..i watched the video how to check it and fix it .its defently the pump ..since i just got it can ypu please send me one ...i just spent 500 dollarz to get this after saving for 6 months ..and am hoping for good results ..

By the way, which pump did you purchased for $500? MityVac pump system is $200 max. Toss in the Length Master 3 at $200 max. Not sure what else got tossed in as a purchased package. Let us know so we can actually visualize how to approach which pump you have.

Check the pump for a few things which have been discussed quite frequently due to oversight on a few key things:

1. Make sure to shave properly. Pubic hair tends to let the air in.
2. The connection snaps in properly, or the 1/4in tubings are pressed down to prevent air intrusion into any pneumatic components.
3. This is 50% of the case, where the base may be larger than the sealed area, such as the base of the skin. If you see your scrotal skin (or your balls) are sucked along with your penis, the chance of air entering the system is pretty high.You can use the pump's donut that may have come with the pump package (depending on what package you purchased). The pump cyclinder donut, mainly use as a reduction of size to seal around the penis shaft, but also used as a cushion for your pelvic area so the cylinder's rim don't push against your bare skin at the base that causes pain, helps to eliminate the air leakage.
4. Check for any loose fitting between the cylinder connection and the hand pump (if it's the MityVac). The first fitting is the plastic white part that connects at the top of the cylinder. Make sure it's twisted gently but firmly down and seated to prevent air escape. Second part is the quick disconnectors between the cylinder and the tubing. If any small little o-ring is missing, air will escape. This includes warped o-rings due to heat or chemicals.
5. Test to see if there's any air leakage by testing each segment of the pump system. Connect the tubing to the hand pump, and pump by placing your finger over the opening of the tubing. If there is air leakage, see if the leakage is caused between the damaged tubing or the hand pump itself. If not, connect the next segment, which is the tubing and the 4oz reservoir water trap if you are using water. If the o-ring is missing for the reservoir water trap's cap, air will intrude. Then check the tubing from the water trap or pump to the cylinder. See if any of that part has a bad seating. Again, any warp or bad o-ring will cause air to intrude, including bad barbs for the quick disconnector that click o the cylinder.

All manual pump issues always tend to occur in these 5 items mentioned above.
