pulsating PC muscle

today I noticed something funny. My pc muscle was spasming today in general at different times during the day. Has anyone experienced this? I did some pretty intense pc work last night.

Yes, when I over-train it...

it kind of freaked me out. never really had that happen to me. I must be wearing the heck out of it with my new 20 min routine.
