I understand what you want LOL and it’s a pretty cool thing I agree but I cannot make you promises that your flaccid penis will remain small as gains are relative and when we gain length it will cause a larger flaccid size.

Having a small flaccid sucks, it sucks very much so. Sure according to penimaster I still have a "meat penis" and it is not elastic at all but if I pull at it it stays at 7 inches for a few minutes. But I think minimum flaccid is very important measure because my penis slowly always shrink back to this minimal state of 4x4 which I hate. I hope with time and more and more gains the elasticity will completely disappear and it will stay in a bigger length which is very important to me. If my penis is short I feel bad it destroys my mood, if it's long everything is better.

...just a piece of my personal story for perspective:
growing-up playing all sports in the inner-city caused much angst and embarrassment due to being an 'extreme grower' exacerbated by turtling to a thumb after exertion. locker rooms were a nightmare and this created a very negative self-image that I carried into my 30's (and I was always on the larger side of average 6 3/8 EL) It has taken 4 years of dedicated/determined/disciplined work to eradicate those old thoughts/feelings, and I can state with 100% conviction that being a 'shower' trumps being a 'grower'.
Under 'normal' conditions, I have a 6 1/2"-7" flaccid hang and never have fear the public urinal ever again

I can relate to this completely. I used to be deathly afraid of public urination. I am slowly working on getting over this fear and hanging a larger flaccid certainly helps.

I keep reading on PE forums that there is a wish to be a grower.

I find that very disturbing.

I agree with you brother. I see that comment a lot here as I bump through threads. Some people worry about how they can transform themselves from a grower to a shower. I don't see the importance but it's their preference.
