Proper way to measure

I'm confused on measuring. I always measure standing up, but with some progress pics I see people sitting down. How do you guys measure? Standing up or sitting down?

However you measure, it's best to stick to one way. If you feel good about measuring standing up, then do your measurements that way. And if it's when you're sitting, do it so.
Of course one can compare the two different measuring ways (anybody measure laying down? ), but for consistent measuring results it's best to stick to a way that feels best to you.

As long as one follows the measuring guide and does it correctly, all is well.

I measure standing up to see the progress, but I might measure occasionally sitting down.

Awesome, thank you all! I guess I'll continue to measure standing. It's interesting to see the two differences. The BPEL standing (7) and BPEL sitting (7.75-8) is around 0.75 to an inch difference for me. I'm guessing it's the inner penis? Or is the inner penis the other half of the full length that hasn't been pulled out yet, which is more than 0.75 inch? For example, if a man has a 5 inch penis erect, there's another 5 inches hidden? Is that right?

Exactly Red! If you do not measure from the same exact spot every time you all get inconsistent measurements. In addition to measuring from the same place be sure your anchoring your ruler against bone and not soft tissue. This one sure that you’re getting proper measurements of your gains.

Cool, I'll be sure to do that. I always go half an inch into the pubic bone, but I don't think I'm hitting the bone

That’s it measure against bone in the same place every time and you’ll never miss a gain!

My coronal ridge was nearly 4 inches around..does that seem like an odd measure? I used masking tape btw.

Should have gotten the silistretcher but I’ve already purchased the lg. After the fact of getting my lg & then looking more into the sili it does seem like it is potentially better..Maybe I’ll experiment with this for some time & the. I’ll look into more things to add to my arsenal. Lol I’ve only used it about 4-5x & received it about 2 weeks ago. Still trying to get accustomed to it. I already own a bathmate x40 & a jelqer. I’m ready to join this brotherhood. & will be on here more often. My girlfriend is happy with my 7 incher but I personally wouldn’t mind having a few more inches. I looked at that Julio Gomez routine & was curious if I could do something similar with the product that I already have besides the ones listed.

What does EG, BPEL mean in measuring.

There was a glossary once upon a time....

EG = Erect Girth measurement, usually mid shaft at the largest circumference.

BPEL = Bone Pressed Erect Length measurement, ruler is pressed into the pubic bone and measured to the tip of the glans.

I'll write the full list in a minute if someone else doesn't beat me to a link to a glossary of PE terminology.
