Hey @DLD so here’s the break down of the routine I was doing and hope we can examine in it like you said so we can add or take a way any. Haven’t been able to gain anything while doing this fir the last 10 months and just ready to quit and give up because I don’t believe anything will work but here it goes:

I try to usually keep it at the same time because I’ve read that your exercises should be done at the same time every day. I’m off Monday-Wednesday and I take me kids to school at 8:30 so I usually start around 9a.m.

I start of by soaking in the tub for around 10-15 mins. After I’ve did that and feels like my penis is relaxed enough I begin my manual stretches. I begin with stretching it straight out first while trying to to pull with to much force I hold it for 30 secs. Once done with that I stretch it to the right for 30 secs and hold it followed by the left side. I then proceed to stretch and hold it up towards my naval for 30 secs followed by stretching it straight down for 30 secs. I doing all of those exercises in 3 sets.

I then follow those exercises off with jelqing. I get a water based lube and apply it to my penis and hands and try different grips, overhand and underhand for 10-15 mins switching between grips every 20-30 strokes. The reason I wasn’t and still not a big fan of jelqing is because my penis is slightly bent to the right so the grips that I’m using never seems to work. I have been trying to work different grip methods but nothing ever seems to be working when I jelq. When i start stroking close to the bent part of my penis it seems likes grip always loosens and I try to squeeze hard but then my hands start to get tired that’s why I bought a bathmate

After finishing the jelqing session I then proceed to use my bathmate for 15 mins. I start off by filling the bathmate with warm water, place it over my penis and use the handball and start pumping until I feel any discomfort. I try to get a 100% erection and hold it while in the bathmate. The reason I say I don’t believe this works is because I’ve never seen “the bathmate pump” after using it nor have I seen any gains from using it the last 10 months.

After the bathmate session I soak in the tub or shower for 10 mins and that would conclude my routine. I try to stay with this schedule and routine because I work 12 hours and get off a 6 am and still have to get kids to school so this is the most uninterrupted time I have Monday-Friday doing my routine. I usually take Saturday and Sunday off. I don’t have any other devices that I use in my routine besides my bathmate that I bought directly from there site. Have a filling that I will just be stuck a 6 and won’t be able to reach a goal of 9 eventually.

I wont respond in depth to this, as you have requested @DLD , but may I ask what routine have you been following? it sounds like some stretches, with a jelq, followed by the bathmate.

This is the first huddle you need to change...your mindset...If others can change, why not you?
I agree wholeheartedly- and admit that I fell into this negative thinking today because I was down on myself for missing a session. But I flipped it around - others have followed proven techniques and GAINED. You can too. I can too. We all can do it. The penis will respond to consistently applied, progressive forces. I will let @DLD advise on your routine tweaks...

But please keep posting here so we can help you on this journey!

OK looking through your post there’s a few things I see that need be corrected that will bring games much faster. First your stretching routine, I would add bundled stretches before you start your stretching routine as this will loosen up the Tunica and allow for that or length gains. 5 minutes total, 2 1/2 minutes to the left and 2 1/2 minutes to the right. I would also include the remainder of the newbies stretches as this will hit every angle needed to create length gains. Here is the list:

Basic Stretching: 3 Sets of each stretch below
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds


Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary
Stretches : 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary
Stretches : 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary
Stretches : 25-Cranks

At this point I would like to see you use your Bathmate to do expressive stretching, this exercise is called Bathmate hard cord stretches. I suggest 5 to 10 minutes of this exercise. This will allow you to bring length gains from internal penis being pulled outward.

If you want to increase the intensity of these stretches and make faster gains I suggest picking up a Lengthmaster as all manual stretches can be done with the Lengthmaster at a massive increase in intensity and gains.

As far as your girth routine goes I have a few changes that will help you greatly. I would completely stop using the jelq as we will replace it with the SSJ. The SlowSquashJelq Is a close ended exercise that will keep your penis straight while packing on girth. The way I would like to see you do this is in this order;

5 minutes Bathmate at maximum vacuum
5 minutes SSJ


5 minutes Bathmate at maximum vacuum
5 minutes SSJ


5 minutes Bathmate at maximum vacuum
5 minutes SSJ


After these three sets you should see temporary expansion anywhere from a quarter inch to more than an inch. So you will stop doing your Bathmate routine as you are doing it now and start doing it as I suggested above.

I will finish off the routine during the testicle health massage and stretch to help you with a longer and heavier flaccid penis while warming you down after the work out.

If you have an ADS I would wear it during all hours you’re not training as this will add to gains and also heal the gains you have made. We sell 5 here and you can see them in the store. My favorite is the phallosan because it can be worn all day and all night. If money is an issue I suggest you go with the uncle Jim this rap and that will help you retain your length gains. It will not add to them but it will keep them secure where they are.

I highly recommend you read and study the SRT routine as it will help you understand what I’ve explained above plus it will give you many tips on gaining and healing most effectively.

@DLD thanks so much for this routine. I can definitely feel the difference from the routine I was doing to the one you customized for me. While doing this routine I’ve ran across a problem I was having. When I start my girth routine with the bathmate and the ssj I’ve found that I get water retention under my head. I can definitely see the difference when doing a ssj and I’ve watched both videos on how to do it. When doing a ssj do I grab right under the head like in your video or should I be using the palm of my hand like shown on the mattersofsize website video. Thanks again for your help brother and I can’t wait to hear back from you.
 
I've felt that you can use your palm or grab it, I find myself varying a little bit, but getting that great expansion with the SSJ.

For me water retention hasn't occurred for a long time, just as long I keep at a 5x5x3 routine or vary it a little bit. I've noticed that during my time doing PE I can sometimes go a bit longer than 5 minutes of pumping, but I don't remember going past 10 for a while now. (Then again, I haven't used my stopwatch in a while. :D )

Thanks @DLD i am having a problem which you or one of the other brothers can help with but when I’m doing my girth routine with the 5min bathmate 5min ssj I’m having a lot of water retention around my glands. The second issue is when I’m doing the girth it seem like it’s only working the middle of the shaft up and it’s giving me the baseball bat effect. Thanks and looking forward to the feedback.
 
Try to break it down to less minutes? Or when doing the routine, add force with each pump rep, as in start with low pressure building up the momemtum.
How's your overall hydration and EQ? With highest possible EQ I've noticed very little fluid retention.

One way to get rid of the fluid retention is trying condom pumping. It is much better and economical with the Silisleeves, but you can try pumping with a condom on.
With that method, using either condoms or Silisleeves, the retention really keeps at bay.
Even using a cockring behind the glans, especially if it is a wide cockring, can help with fluid retention.

The baseball effect, that's a bit tricky, from my recollection right now. I'll let others chime in as well.

Another thing I wanted to ask was about the Phallosan Forte vs the size genetics. I want to invest in an Ads and it seems like the Phallosan works better than The SizeGenetics. I’m looking for as much feedback on this 2 before I make a commitment to buying one. Thanks a lot

I’m so glad you asked that question and I found this before I was going on break. You should buy right away the SiliStretcher as destroys all ADS equipment out there!
