Hey @DLD so here’s the break down of the routine I was doing and hope we can examine in it like you said so we can add or take a way any. Haven’t been able to gain anything while doing this fir the last 10 months and just ready to quit and give up because I don’t believe anything will work but here it goes:
I try to usually keep it at the same time because I’ve read that your exercises should be done at the same time every day. I’m off Monday-Wednesday and I take me kids to school at 8:30 so I usually start around 9a.m.
I start of by soaking in the tub for around 10-15 mins. After I’ve did that and feels like my penis is relaxed enough I begin my manual stretches. I begin with stretching it straight out first while trying to to pull with to much force I hold it for 30 secs. Once done with that I stretch it to the right for 30 secs and hold it followed by the left side. I then proceed to stretch and hold it up towards my naval for 30 secs followed by stretching it straight down for 30 secs. I doing all of those exercises in 3 sets.
I then follow those exercises off with jelqing. I get a water based lube and apply it to my penis and hands and try different grips, overhand and underhand for 10-15 mins switching between grips every 20-30 strokes. The reason I wasn’t and still not a big fan of jelqing is because my penis is slightly bent to the right so the grips that I’m using never seems to work. I have been trying to work different grip methods but nothing ever seems to be working when I jelq. When i start stroking close to the bent part of my penis it seems likes grip always loosens and I try to squeeze hard but then my hands start to get tired that’s why I bought a bathmate
After finishing the jelqing session I then proceed to use my bathmate for 15 mins. I start off by filling the bathmate with warm water, place it over my penis and use the handball and start pumping until I feel any discomfort. I try to get a 100% erection and hold it while in the bathmate. The reason I say I don’t believe this works is because I’ve never seen “the bathmate pump” after using it nor have I seen any gains from using it the last 10 months.
After the bathmate session I soak in the tub or shower for 10 mins and that would conclude my routine. I try to stay with this schedule and routine because I work 12 hours and get off a 6 am and still have to get kids to school so this is the most uninterrupted time I have Monday-Friday doing my routine. I usually take Saturday and Sunday off. I don’t have any other devices that I use in my routine besides my bathmate that I bought directly from there site. Have a filling that I will just be stuck a 6 and won’t be able to reach a goal of 9 eventually.
