problem with subscription..

Aright sorry to post this right here but im tired of NEVER having my messages answered when im actually having a serious financial issue with you guys. Ive been trying to cancel my subscription for months now. About 3 weeks ago i sent a hand written letter to your adress asking to have my subscription discontinued, and i wrote an email to that new account you guys set up. But yet again i get charged another 40 bucks and i get another bottle of pills acouple days ago. I still have a bottle from 2 months ago that i never wanted. I emailed dld aswell but as usual; no response. (yes... i know hes busy)

please...please..please.. just somebody help me out for once its getting rediculous.
 
best i can tell you is send dld a private message and try to stop payment to the company. dld will work it out for you sooner or later.
 
yea i dropped him a pm about 4 or 5 days ago but still no response. Yea thats probably what im gunna have to resort to, just blocking the charges through my bank. Its too bad the problem cant be handeled reasonably though.. 2 months ive been trying to cancel this, hah.
