Problem using Jes Extender about 2-3 Weeks

Hi i use the Jes Extender and i get a higher Puls from 67 to 95-100 and i have a erectyle problem i cant hold a erection. What coins of Tratmeant can solve this? To get back
to normal Life? I think i destroy my Blood Vessels.

Are you able to get an erection when you masturbate?
 
I try it help just a bit. but i destroy a nerve wich is connected to hearth and head i dont no the name of it. Im really depressed . I really dont no if it grow back if i can make a Operation or something like this.

At the begining when my Penis erection goes down and the nerve from my head is going away i was very scared and the days 2 my hearth begining to get higher and higher Puls. And i was Tremble. Now i can control my self but i still missing the Nerve

When i see a beautifull Woman the penis cant get errect, and the hearth breathing faster. Normal in the past when i saw a beautifull woman i will get errect when i talk to her and things like that. New only if she touch my penis.

Something in my Head it go away and my hearth puls is high because of this and the penis cant hold a erection like in the past. My eggs was painfull new it ok only a liddle bit.

The doctor say wait maybe will come back but i have a nerve problem this also make my goes crazy. and i want to try new the ESWT Therapy maybe grows back the nerve but when something in you head dont are there anymore it hard to believe this come back. Pain it not only Hearth fast Penis goes down.

I promise you my brother if you practice routine you’ll get everything back. I can relate because I was not doing my Kegels for a long time and I ended up losing erection quality. So I had to start up again to keep my muscles strong. So for the rest of your life it’s important to practice pelvic floor exercises as they not only contribute to a reaction quality they also help with incontinence. Not sure how old you are but the older you become more of an issue this is so it’s best to keep those muscles strong and resilient by training them daily

start doing squats and yoga to stretch and strengthen the pelvic area. your condition should start to improve in a few days if you do this.

Interesting thread. Deadlifts is also good to strengthen up your muscles in your pelvic area. But only if you do the exercise right. When lifting you should get everything thigh in the core.
You can think about it like, you suck your balls up, when you tightening your core muscles. Exactly like kegels. You need to hold them (the muscles) tight during the entire lift. This makes everything stronger.
