Power assist uk delivery

hi i recently ordered a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] and was sent an email saying it was it due to be shipped on the 21/08/07, it had a line saying your tracking information is: .... but with nothing there? i had a jelq device delivered and despatched on the 21st and i have allready recieved! i sent email to [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]matters of size[/words] and still no reply!!! anyone else had the same problem!
 
I'm still waiting on mine for a US delivery, mine says shipped on 8/21?
Mine has a tracking number but no info is available for that #

All deliveries have gone out. If you do not receive it in the next day or so let me know.
 
thanx dld, i did not recieve today but i will check tomorrow and hopefully it has been delivered. oh and that remark about them not liking me does not cause offence to me. they dont understand our english sense of humour!:)

I have never heard of anybody ever not getting their goods, but I have heard of people waiting a little bit longer than usual.
 
yeah so have i i heard of this one guy waiting like months and then dld saying thats not rite and i assume sortred it out. i dont wanna be like that keeping quiet and waiting for ages. if i had my label number for the usps id phone up and complain to them but i didnt get given one! oh and as you can tell by my post it didnt get delivered today either. i get what ur saying pandora i am prob bein a bit impatient but i had another item despatched the same day 21st of 8th 2007 and i recieved ages ago. fucking usps they should have actual tracking not confrirmed delivery crap cus if its already delivered then i wouldnt need it well thats for the usps forum, if there is one. ill check tomorrow which is sat if not ill be vexxed
 
I had a problem receiving my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words], and posted a couple of times, and e-mailed a couple of times, and then I PM'd DLD.
First time he contacted the shipping dept. But still no [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words]. So I PM'd DLD again, and this time I got my order. E-mail doesn't work, or it is just ignored. I've tried a couple of times to find out why I am not allowed to view some posts, but still no response. PM DLD, he responds quickly. You'll get results.

mon still no [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words], anyone in the uk thinking of buying a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] i would strongly recomend not doing so, customer sevice is crap they dont answer my emails dld dosent answer his personal messages!
 
just tried phoning [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]mos[/words] and guess what answering machine and no spaces to record meassage! wtf so they dont answer emails or phone so what exactly do [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]mos[/words] do other than mug people off!
 
keep it cool, no one is mugging you... I'm sure DLD is perhaps really busy or has no access to the internet like he said in some thread a while ago.
this board exists for a long long time, I don't think it would if they were mugging people.. just stay patient and I'm sure you'll get answered.

BTW, I'm not a moderator or anything so don't complain to me either! :P
 
i read that thread too but delta who wrote earlier in the thread had the same problem and was pming dld with no success and he wrote a new thread to get him to check his pm's and dld responds thanks that was this morning but i also left him pm's but i have recieved no reply!!! but i know he was or is online

Yea he did answer my PM today I gather he's very busy with limited access time to the internet so post a new thread addressed to him like suggested above , looks like he's only able to get on a few minutes each day so bump it if you have to keep it in his line of sight. Nobody's getting ripped off just a shipping mishap combined with limited access time to check up on all the posts/PM's.
 
I don't process the orders but if you send your order info to me via PM I will get it to the right place. All orders go out, sometimes it takes longer because there is one guy doing all of the order processing but never fear that I would rip you off.
 
dld i should already have recieved my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]pa[/words] tho its not like i have been waiting ages for my despatch confirmation i had that on the 21st of august but with no tracking number but still no [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]pa[/words], are you saying now that it hasent even been despatched? earlier on in the thread you said all deliveries have gone out?

Dude, I told you that I would resend the order and I did this. Your original order may have gotten lost at customs or some other mess up but you will get your order. 1 PM is sufficient, sending me 20 in a row will just piss me off.
