Couple quick questions for y'all, as the road with PE is hardly straight; or something clever like that! First, does anyone have any experience with air pumpers like these, and if so how is it? Is it a good alternative to hanging, and or go to do so before manuals? (Keeping in mind I generally don't hang for longer than 20 minutes a night \ session)

Good morning. In my opinion plainly No. While they both have their place in PE the intensity that i find with hanging cant be replaced with pumping. Im working mostly on lengthening for now so i will warm up in a hot shower doing some manual stretching, then do a hanging session, then go into my mityvac pump for a long session (its a 1/4" bigger than my girth so as i expand in it i fill the cylinder up and get more length pull than girth expansion), then into my ads silastrecher for the night. In the shower is the only time i really manually stretch. I will elaborate more at a later time if you want more information. I have to get to work now.
 
@628stretch - Hey sorry for the delay but thanks for the information! I'm having a hard time with the SiliStretcher as I've had a batch of sleeves that don't last as well as the first ones... They either tear or just don't hold much weight, and I know my guy can take more but every time I add too much weight it just keeps slipping. (They were comped replacements from my first order, so I'm thankful for that but it begins to get cost prohibitive at one point.)

So now I'm left to either try the dry vac as a warm up alternative, or find another hanging system out there; and I do vaguely recall hangers causing long term problems down the line.
Do bundled stretching as a warm up. There is no better way to prepare for PE then getting five minutes of bundled stretching in.

I will choose the 5mins warmup bundled stretches anytime any day. I've never warmed up with warm water intentionally before (even though I always noticed that my penis is more relaxed and easily to stretch after a warm shower).
