G'day guys at what percentage of erection should a cocktail ring or clamp hold post work out ?. I had a clamp hold 105% + - until that thing is blue n cold .Or a cocktail ring I had hold a much chub flaccid which stayed warm for 1/2 hr or more .Also -the beyond 10min blood clotting problem. Appreciate you pro's experience thank you.

Clamping wise, which is a full stop of the blood flow, is highly ill-advise and should stay away from. A cocktail ring, or a cock ring, go full erection to build up a full volume, then relax the erection. The full volume of blood will slow exit the penile shaft. Find a good fitting ring at the very bottom of the penile base to slow the blood from exiting the penis from full volume to around 50% of the blood volume around 3 to 5 minutes in. You can stay there for 5 minutes or so, and go full erection again, then relax the erection. Keep going until you reach between 30 to 40 minutes, cycle, or you can go as far as a few hours.

Never keep the blood stagnant in your penis past 5 minutes. This is where blood clots begin. 10 minutes, you are introducing a 90% of a blood clot and result in a deep vein thrombosis. Dare to challenge that area, and you'll have to worry more about a possible loss of life rather than an undesirable penis size.

Yep. This is the area of deep vein thrombosis. Don't challenge that kind of bad habit. Revise your approach. If you can tell me why you're doing that, and convince us of the approach, there's no purpose to do that. You only need to use a penis ring to temporarily expand your blood chambers (the spongiosa) to go past 100%, allow the old blood to cycle out, and bring new blood in to keep pressuring the chambers to expand internally. Do it over and over again. It's a positive pressure method over the negative pressure pumping method.

However, this method should only be used after a good routine of 5 minutes of pumping or slow squash jelq (SS), with around 3 to 5 sets to expand the internal tissues first. This is a post-routine exercise to keep the expansion going, and semi-erect size to create passive expansion/elongation.

Thanks for your advise ,I will try your method out .Redzulu said he had a clamp on for 45mins ! .He did mention risks etc and not having it too tight.Clamping seems to be a no go zone these days for safety reasons you mentioned. Thanks again for your advice clears up a lot about post work out cock ring wearing to heal in a expanded state.
