Ok, I've had this nagging question on the back of my mind for quite some time. Time back I stumbled upon some information about Pom (basically pomegranate juice) possibly helping with the quality of erections when consumed on a daily basis.
Now, I have been drinking Pom on and off for about a year and this is what I have found: if I drink it consistently, after 1 or 2 days I'll notice that I get harder easier and stay harder longer, I'll also notice that the general quality of my erections is up, I also notice that the amount of time for my erection to subside if left alone (no touching) is longer, now if this is placebo or Pom actually making my erections better I do not know, I'm posting this in the hopes that someone has tried or will try this and report back with any results, it wouldn't hurt to try would it? Plus it's good for you.
It would be extremely interesting to see what effects are reported back form [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] members.
Here's an article detailing a study which was performed (seems to be the only study performed thus far, although I could be wrong) about the effects of Pom on people who suffer slight to medium ED, http://www.pomwonderful.com.au/pdf/POM_ED_Human_Paper.pdf interesting read, but keep in mind that this is Pom who put this out, so they have financial interest in bragging about benefits so who knows.
