Plateau with the Lengthmaster?

Been doing the lengthmaster for about a year and gained about an inch in length BPEL wise. I have done bundle stretching going downward, V and A stretches, and BTC bundle stretching. Are these all the exercises available for the lengthmaster? Have I reached my plateau? I've heard of expressive stretching but don't know where I can find examples of this. I would say for the last 5 months I've been doing BTC stretching and have seen little growth in my BPEL, despite how hard I pull. Also by the way I have the old lengthmaster and not the Lengthmaster 3.
 
There are many exercises you can do. Any manual stretching can be done with LengthMaster. You can also do all the PowerAssist stretches. Why do you think you havea plateau? Maybe you should try some different exercises or increase the intensity of the stretches you are using
