Been doing the lengthmaster for about a year and gained about an inch in length BPEL wise. I have done bundle stretching going downward, V and A stretches, and BTC bundle stretching. Are these all the exercises available for the lengthmaster? Have I reached my plateau? I've heard of expressive stretching but don't know where I can find examples of this. I would say for the last 5 months I've been doing BTC stretching and have seen little growth in my BPEL, despite how hard I pull. Also by the way I have the old lengthmaster and not the Lengthmaster 3.
