today was my first exersize

1)when im doing the streching and jelk .my pines become erect "bonner" and i need to wait till
my pines drops what can i do to not get erect

2)in jelking do i need one time 600 or 3 time 600 ?

3)in jelking do ineed to press on pines hard or just srok or somthing else?

During jelqing that is fine. During stretching you will want to be flaccid. I suggest masturbation prior to stretching, this will solve this issue.

You will want to use a strong, tight stroke for best results.
