Persistent petechiae

Some weeks ago I planned in a week with more in intense PE work. Instead of EOD 5x5x3 I added 2 x 10 minute sessions (1 morning / 1 evening) of only pumping at 2.5 at my normal off days. Felt and worked great but I have had persistent petechiae since that week. It is 3 weeks ago now. Not worried about negative consequences but would like to resolve it asap. I have stopped PE since I noticed it 3 weeks ago but it is only fading very slowly.

Does anyone have a similar experience, tips for resolving the petechiae and is pausing PE advised untill it is completely cleared?

Petechiae, or for the brothers that don't want to look it up is the bloody looking bumps or micro blisters, caused by broken capillaries from too intense pressures. When your penis is new or newly coming back into PE, there must be transitional period to train the tissues, little by little. You may have subjected yourself to too high on the pressure during pumping, which is the common cause for the petechiae. The negative pressure was and probably is too high for the upper layers of skin to handle, and the capillaries were not able to handle the expansive fluid at the terminal ends. This causes the blood to bubble up from the capillaries, and caused micro bursts.

Instead of pumping at high pressure, pump at lower pressure. Do you do know what pressure you're pumping at? Or better yet, do you know what your pumping equipment is and if it has pressure monitoring?

To reduce and remove the petechiae, if you are not allergic to the acetaminophen, go ahead and take 65mg to 81mg daily. It think your blood out a bit but it helps to reduce the ongoing formation of the petechiae. Besides that, perform a bit of warm compress (application of warm to hot temperature onto the penile areas affected without burning your skin), follows by light to moderate circular massages with slight pressures. The circular massages allows the formation of the blood to disperse from the surface and reabsorbed by the body or migrate to the lymphatic drainage. If you keep leaving them there, the blood components will change the color of your skin sooner or later.

Light C-jelqs form the base of the penis to the base of the glans, and then back to the base of the penis will improve the lymphatic drainage to get the blood out of the skin faster. Whenever you get the chance, do this. It's between 10 to 15 minutes per session. The more you do, the faster the petechiae will disperse.

The key point to take home is, don't increase on pumping pressure too much and too fast.

Thanks! I was pumping since February, my skin bruises easily in general, but advice noted!! I will also focus on the warm-up better. When short in time I usually skip this part. I have a Blush Novelties VX8 Premium and used pressures anywhere from 2.5-5 Hg. Longer sessions with the lower end and 5x5x3 with 5 Hg.

Would you start pumping again only when the dots are gone? And would low vacuum pressure like 1-2 Hg for 5-10 min also aid in the removal?

You can continue to pump, but do following up with the post pumping massages to migrate the blood out of the skin layers. Press gently on the petechiae and gently but with moderate pressures to massage them in circles. Use a bit of lubricant, fresh fleshy aloe is always best or topical cream like hydrocortisone, to minimize friction.

Don't use the pump to remove the petechiae. Use massages and C-jelqs to move the blood along the lymphatic nodes as they are dislodged and dispersed from the skin.
