People who’s been doing silistretchers only

I have questions since I’ve been reading:

how do you prevent blisters from doing these??

Did yu notice any EQ drop doing this daily?? If so how did you fix it?

anyone has a complete beginner newbie routine just for silistretcher(no hanging/weights) to make those “fast” gain??(if you’ll like to share it)

do you do these in a flaccid state??

Yes you do them in flaccid state. To prevent blisters is to be sure to get all air from upper chamber. A beginner routine would be to start with three 30 minutes sets for first month then increase to additional sets as you are able. You want to be in the position to stretch as long as possible throughout the day. EQ should not be affected using Silistrecher
