I have questions since I’ve been reading:
how do you prevent blisters from doing these??
Did yu notice any EQ drop doing this daily?? If so how did you fix it?
anyone has a complete beginner newbie routine just for silistretcher(no hanging/weights) to make those “fast” gain??(if you’ll like to share it)
do you do these in a flaccid state??
