On the order confirmation web page I'm pretty sure it said the order would ship on the following business day. On the confirmation email it only says it will ship soon, and to allow 5-10 days for delivery in US. It's day 6 and I still don't even have a tracking number.

They are working on a new support system and prefer the phone support method right now until they improve online support. They are still in business, shipping product and supporting via phone.
