I saw a thread about this once.
The calculations will not be exactly correct. Maybe take the volume of a homogeneous cylinder?

There is a substantial difference in the volume of a homogeneous cylinder that is: 8"x6" versus. 10.24"x6".

A penis is not a cylinder, but it's a realistic/rough approximation of the volume a penis will occupy in the vagina.

22.92 cu in versus. 29.32 cu in (cu in = cubic inches)

Between 8"x6" and 10.24" x 6.25" there is a difference of 8.9 cubic inches.

That is a lot. But as I said before this is not 100% accurate. Our penis is not exactly like a homogeneous cylinder.
