I could not find where there was shrinkage reported, can you post that part?

yea just read the post great article; but it's like damn right when you think your taking the precautions to insure you have a healthier life something out the blue comes along and sets you back a couple of step. I guess that's a good thing always keeping you sharp and vigilant in the end, thanks again for the article dj7.
 
I just can't find any part of the article that mentions shrinkage and the cause.
